Amphony Money-Back Guarantee / Return Policy

You can return your product for a refund within ten (10) days after receipt. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and the product must be in original condition without marks of usage and include all parts and accessories which were originally shipped with the product. A $20.00 restocking fee will be charged per returned product plus the cost of any parts or accessories which were not returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet above conditions.

Amphony products are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase for labor and one (1) year for parts. Amphony products to be returned for warranty service must be shipped freight prepaid and include:

- detailed problem description
- proof of date of purchase (receipt)
- mailing address
