When installing the Amphony microFidelity amplifier, we highly recommend that you follow the below steps during the installation to ensure that neither your amplifier nor your speakers will be damaged.
Please follow these steps in the order listed when installing the Model 200.
1) Connect the wallwart (AC adapter) with the amplifier. Do not yet connect the wallwart to power!
2) Connect the audio cable to the amplifier RCA inputs.
3) Turn the amplifier volume control to minimum.
4) Plug the wallwart to an electrical outlet.
5) Connect your speakers to the amplifier.
6) Slowly increase the amplifier volume control.
ATTENTION: We strongly recommend using a surge protector. Power spikes can damage the amplifier!
